Weight update : for some reason I have gained weight, I’m so disapointed but oh well .. so I got back to the exact same weight I was at this day last week 169.2 lbs / 76.9 kg hopefully I’ll do better next week . But it’s okay I keep going :)  Oh and by the way I did came back early !

for some reason I’ve gained 1.5 kg for no reason, in two days . I swear I kept doing my workout routine and I ate really well, lot’s of vedgies and all that, it better be water weight ! :(

You can have cheese, but why don’t you eat half of what you would usually take and eat some tomatoes with it ? Same for mayonnaise, try it with some carrots sticks instead of red meat .
