Buy an agenda, every night before you go to sleep plan out your next day, choose clothes for the next morning and hang your outfit somewhere in your room. Set up your alarm . Have a good night of sleep. Don’t forget to go to bed early. And get at least 6 hours ( but 8 hours is better ) . Weight update : for some reason I have gained weight, I’m so disapointed but oh well .. so I got back to the exact same weight I was at this day last week 169.2 lbs / 76.9 kg hopefully I’ll do better next week . But it’s okay I keep going :)
Oh and by the way I did came back early !

for some reason I’ve gained 1.5 kg for no reason, in two days . I swear I kept doing my workout routine and I ate really well, lot’s of vedgies and all that, it better be water weight ! :(

You can have cheese, but why don’t you eat half of what you would usually take and eat some tomatoes with it ? Same for mayonnaise, try it with some carrots sticks instead of red meat .
